Autastic Community — Autism Advocacy Photography
Selected photographs from Natalee Eason’s documentary portfolio were licensed for use by the Autastic Community, becoming her first paid photography commission centered on autism advocacy and representation.

Professional Recognition thru Representation
Natalee Eason is an official member of Black Women Photographers! Joining a professional community dedicated to supporting, recognizing, and expanding opportunities for Black women and nonbinary photographers.
Black Women Photographers was "Founded by former White House photographer Polly Irungu in July 2020, Black Women Photographers is a global community and professional hub supporting Black and African women and non-binary photographers through education, grants, networking, and visibility." - BWP
Her portfolio was originally developed after a Nikon and Black Women Photographers grant opportunity was shared within the Autastic Community. Although she was not selected for the initial grant, the portfolio led to artistic affirmation, her first paid autism-advocacy photography commission, and eventual professional membership into a global organization centering Black and African female photographers and cinematographers.

My photography documents culture, people, identity, access and everyday autonomy through lived experience across cultures and countries. My work spans commissioned photography and an expanding independent archive created across my nomadic travels, intersectional advocacy, plant-based life and documentation of neurodivergent experience.
I work with publications, brands, organizations and creative teams seeking original imagery for editorial stories, campaigns, digital and print media, educational projects and other licensed uses.
Existing images may be available for licensing and select projects can be commissioned around a specific story, subject, product or creative brief.
